Avian Technologies的稀土氧化物波長校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在大部分紫外-可見-近紅外光譜范圍內(nèi)顯示出清晰的吸收峰，專門設(shè)計用于校準(zhǔn)紫外-可見-近紅外光譜儀。選擇不同稀土氧化物的混合物，實現(xiàn)在不同波段范圍內(nèi)的最佳覆蓋。

我們提供三種稀土氧化物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

壓制粉末包裝的波長標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是一種高純度氧化鈥、氧化鏑和氧化鉺的混合物，置于一個密封的黑色陽極氧化鋁護(hù)套中，帶有2 inch（52mm）或1.5 inch（37mm）的光學(xué)玻璃窗口。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與NIST NIST SRM-1920a*的成分相同。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品是大批量生產(chǎn)的，每批都經(jīng)過校準(zhǔn)，可追溯至NIST/NRC。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)封裝形式與我們玻璃封裝灰階標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相同，可以作為組合套裝出售。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的成分與NIST NIST SRM-1920a*相同，含有少量惰性、對光不吸收的粘合劑，封裝在密封的Delrin 護(hù)套中。與SRM-1920a的燒結(jié)等效物不同，本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沒有峰值偏移，且耐用且穩(wěn)定。光譜特征與我們的粉末壓制波長校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相同。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還有兩個擴(kuò)展版本，添加了滑石粉或聚苯乙烯窗口，以提供更長波長范圍內(nèi)的額外特征峰。

波長反射標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

透射波長標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的反射率相當(dāng)于NIST SRM-2036。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于校準(zhǔn)使用反射光路的掃描光譜儀和傅里葉變換近紅外光譜儀的波長精度。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由一個直徑為1.0 inch 的 WCT-2065 濾光片與背后的?Fluorilon? FW-99漫反射材料組成。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可在320-2200 nm 范圍內(nèi)使用，可選校準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證證書。

Long Wavelength Calibration Standards

This Avian Technologies standard combines NIST 2065 glass (Avian Technologies WCT-2065) and polystyrene in a package with a Fluorilon-99W? backing to give a wavelength standard with useable peaks beyond 2300 nm, to meet the calibration needs for modern portable near-infrared spectrometers.

The standard size is 1.25” diameter (0.950” active area), and is mounted in a Thorlabs MR1 filter mount with a 2” mounting post.. Full calibration data, traceable to NIST/NRC, is provided with each standard.
